DURING SALE PERIODS

• Returning or exchanging sale products.
  Sale products can be refunded within 30 days.
  
  Please keep in mind sale & holiday periods might require extra processing time.
  
  

• Sale order got cancelled

It may happen that your order is cancelled because of out of stock products. During our sale period, we have an enormous amount of traffic on our website. That means that a product may appear on stock but is possibly purchased by another customer at the same time. Our apologies for this misunderstanding.

• Restock of sale products

We never guarantee that a product will be restocked. First come, first served.

• Can I cancel/change my order?
  During our sale period, we have an enormous amount of traffic on our website cancelling or changing any order won’t be possible.
  
  

• Didn't receive a confirmation email

If you do not receive an e-mail from us within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation e-mail for your order, please contact our customer service team at support@guantanamogarms.com

All orders placed on working days, will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days. For SALE PERIODS and PRE-ORDERED items, applies a longer shipping period.

The packages will be shipped by the following shipping services: PostNL or DHL.

Belgium, Germany Luxembourg:
€0-€80 = €5.95
Free above €80

The packages will be shipped by the following shipping services: DHL.

Europe:
€0-€120 = €12,95
Free above €120  

All orders placed on working days, will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days. For SALE PERIODS and PRE-ORDERED items, applies a longer shipping period.  Orders within Europe will not be subjected to any additional charges.

The packages will be shipped by the following shipping services: DPD or DHL.

Rest of the world:
0-150 = 19,95
Free above €150
All orders placed on working days, will be delivered within 9 to 12 working days. For SALE PERIODS and PRE-ORDERED items, applies a longer shipping period. 

 

For countries outside of Europe, there may be added additional charges by your local customs

The packages will be shipped by the following shipping services: DPD, DHL or UPS.

Please note that you are responsible for paying the delivery costs at checkout (including costs of return)

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track and trace number​. We can not be held responsible for late deliveries, because we do not have control over this.

 

We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

DELIVERY

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Once the order is received, you can send the item(s) back by following our return policy. 

 

PRE-ORDERS

Items that have been pre-ordered can not be returned or exchanged.

MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GUANTANAMO reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to add, to change, update or modify these Terms and Conditions. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the services. We suggest that you check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.

PRIVACY

GUANTANAMO uses personal information like your name, address, email, phone number only for the shipping of products. Personal information transmitted to us will never be sold or shared to third parties.

ACCOUNT

If you create an account on the services it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for protecting and restricting access to such information. You understand and agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur using your account or password.

OUR ITEMS

The images of the items on the website or mobile are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display can accurately display the color of the item.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Acknowledgement of your order means that GUANTANAMO has received your order request. It does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped.

 

GUANTANAMO always tries to keep items on stock and updated. We will verify the availability and price of an item before it is shipped. If an item’s correct price is higher than the stated price or if the item is no longer available we may cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation via email.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

To understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you may provide to us via the Services, including personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

 The prices displayed are quoted in Euros. Prices and availability information are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery costs.

We offer the following payment options: iDeal, Paypal, Bank contact, Visa and Mastercard Credit Card.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your Credit Card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)

GUANTANAMO will make an effort to deliver the ordered item(s) by complete and in good condition. We are not responsible for any missing or damaged items caused by the delivery company. In case that the delivered item(s) are damaged or not complete, we request you to contact us as soon as possible.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

GUANTANAMO offers you the option to return certain items within 30 days of purchase. Certain items are non-returnable (hats, underwear, socks, swimwear, gloves). All items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original GUANTANAMO tags still attached. Items that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. GUANTANAMO reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet to these conditions. Any costs sustained by the customer to return a product are non-refundable. When returning products, please make sure that the delivery is traceable because we are not responsible foR any damage or losses done by the delivery company. As soon as we received your return, it will take approximately 10 business days to process your refund.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

GUANTANAMO reserves the right to monitor any and all use of the Services. GUANTANAMO also reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against any illegal and/ or unauthorized use of the Services and/ or materials.

 

These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and GUANTANAMO with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written, oral, or otherwise.
